1-to-1 Personalization is easily accomplished with the use of text substitution at the time the email message is merged with the recipient data from the marketing database.  Database fields placed anywhere in the header, body, footer of the email message are substituted at run time.

Highly targeted email campaigns can be executed based on customer purchase behavior, geography, and demographic data stored in the marketing database.  An email campaign can consist of hundreds of offer codes with each offer code linked to a unique email message.

Campaign performance is provided by tracking purchases, opens, click-throughs, un-subscribers, complaints, hard and soft bounces.  The online reporting tool allows the marketer to execute standard Web Decisions email reports or, within minutes, create a custom report that can be imported using Excel.

Web Decisions' email servers support the latest authentication methods for Domain Keys and Sender ID.  We work closely with the ISPs to ensure compliance and delivery.  Feedback loops and good neighbor policies at the domain level are utilized to ensure deliverability and reputation scores.
