• IntelliDRESS© - an advanced customer identification and address verification and correction service in partnership with CognitiveDATA, Inc.
• NCOALink™ (National Change of Address) - based on information submitted to the USPS© from individuals, families and businesses that have moved within the past four years. Addresses are standardized and appended with the most recent forwarding addresses.
• NCOA NIXIE - identifies and eliminates potential undeliverables by providing footnotes indicating why a forwarding address cannot be obtained.
• DPV™ (Delivery Point Validation) - offers an even finer level of address validation. For example, it can be used to determine if a specific house number is a known, valid USPS delivery address. It also codes records without zip+4 that can be removed from mail stream.
• DSF2™ (Delivery Sequence File Second Generation) - minimizes address delivery errors not detected by NCOA or CASS processing. DSF2 classifies an address as business or residence, vacant or seasonal, and it identifies the mail delivery method (curbside, door slot, NDCBU, or central delivery).
• LACS Link™ (Locatable Address Conversion System) - the official USPS database of rural and corresponding house/street information. Corresponding to the 911 phone system, LACS provides additional matches to improve delivery in rural areas. This process also standardizes your house file with the most current Carrier Route and ZIP+4 data.
• AEC (Address Element Correction) - performs a series of address evaluations and comparisons on addresses that fail to match a postal ZIP+4 Code. Supplies resolved, unambiguous addresses with missing or corrected address elements and a ZIP+4 Code, resulting in automation-compatible records. If AEC cannot determine a match, the address is flagged as potentially undeliverable, enabling you to decide whether to use it or not.
• CASS™ (Coding Accuracy Support System) - USPS grading and certification focuses on evaluating and improving the accuracy of 5-digit ZIP, ZIP+4, delivery point, and carrier route codes applied to mail.
• ACS™ (Address Correction Service) - helps meet the needs of business mailers by providing a cost-effective, efficient means of obtaining accurate change-of-address (COA) information.
• Group 1's Code-1 Plus™ - used for processing files without NCOA to CASS certify output files. Code-1 Plus validates, corrects, and standardizes customer address data. It assigns ZIP+4 carrier route codes and corrects zip codes.
